How do the working conditions of health workforce differ compared to all employees? What future needs for health workforce can be expected? These questions and others are being explored in a study for the European Institute of Health and Sustainable Development - EIHSD. | Wie unterscheiden sich Größe und Struktur des Gesundheitspersonals in den Mitgliedstaaten der EU? Welche Faktoren bestimmen diese Unterschiede? Wie unterscheiden sich die Arbeitsbedingungen des Gesundheitspersonals zu denen aller Beschäftigten? Welcher zukünftige Bedarf an Gesundheitspersonal zu erwarten? Diese und andere Fragen werden in einer Studie für das Europäische Institut für Gesundheit und nachhaltige Entwicklung - EIHSD - untersucht. |
